The raspberry pi it's a single board computer it was invented in the UK , the purpose of this board is making programming much easier ,collect information and data from the world around us by connecting sensors or author devises to GPIO which is input and output pins and display this data to the user through website like web server or user interface or any output way programme it by the user.
If you want to learn how to use it you must have a beginner course in Python programming language and Bash script also.
